Italian term or phrase: Vi è l'impronta del sigillo
A deed of sale concludes with this line, after the signature of the notary.

I don't normally translate documents of this type so I'm not sure how formally this would be translated.

Would it be:

"In witness whereof my seal is attached" or something less formal?

via the affixed seal
Explanation:
notary xxx. (Certifies) By means of the affixed seal/via the affixed seal

or if you wish to keep yours (which is not bad by the way)
"my seal is affixed"(attach usually means a document follows or is literally attached to the page the statemens is on)
