La fusione avra' effetto da oggi. La modifica regolamentare connessa con l'operazione di fusione non avrà luogo in quanto gli organi amministrativi di entrambe le società partecipanti alla fusione hanno deliberato dì sopprimere il comparto del fondo comune gestito dalla società incorporata.
