Ho trovato questo riferimento kudoz sulla prima parte: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/918989 - qualcuno sa dirmi se "under any jurisdiction" comprende anche la giurisdizione ordinaria e speciale e quindi basterebbe quello? Se invece è da specificare, qualcuno sa il termine esatto?

I think this would cover it without going into the question of grado etc. The whole court system is different, at least in the UK, and so a blanket expression would work best, I feel
