Italian term or phrase: "hanno prestato a favore di..fideiussione"
-che i GARANTI hanno prestato a favore di XXX, (di seguito la “BANCA”) fideiussione sino a concorrenza dell’importo di Euro XX.

I'm having trouble turning these specific terms into English: "prestato a favore di" and "fideiussione".
