se si tratta di servizi allora e' un contract for services, si possono chiamare anche genericamente "work contracts"
altrimenti se si parla di appalti allora questi sono "tenders"

non capisco pero' - il contratto d'appalto e' un servizio che viene offerto da questo team, come stesura del contratto oppure fanno pagare i propri servizi tramite contratto d'appalto?

ok grazie della spiegazione. allora non si tratta di tenders perche quelli sarebbero gare d'appalto
in questo contesto si tratta di appalto come - contratto con cui una persona o un'impresa (appaltatore) assume a proprio rischio e con propri mezzi l'esercizio di un'attività o l'esecuzione di un'opera affidatale da un'altra persona, impresa o ente (appaltante) in cambio di un corrispettivo in denaro

lavoro in appalto=contract work
infatti, se io prendo un'azienda esterna a sistemarmi il tetto li chiamero' "contractors"
percio' credo proprio che le mie soluzioni siano piu adeguate per questo contesto specifico
