Law: Contract(s) / Agency Agreement
Italian term or phrase: con deposito responsabile della distribuzione
Agency Agreement

"L'Agente trasmetterà direttamente, o tramite l'Agente con deposito responsabile della distribuzione nel Territorio, alla Preponente le richieste o gli ordini ricevuti, che quest'ultima è libera di accettare o rifiutare".

Anyone know what they are referring to here? I think I may be thrown by the syntax. For one thing, the Agent is mentioned twice.

the storage and distribution agent
Explanation:
" l'Agente con deposito responsabile della distribuzione nel Territorio" yeah, the writer has really screwed up the syntax. If I were doing the translation I'd have fun ruthlessly boiling down this obscurantist nonsense to what it actually means, in plain English. Sometimes these people think they're writing a novel.....grrrr.......

this is not the same agent as the first one. I think we're talking about 2 agents here. But given the convolutedness of the text, it's anybody's guess !!

Yeah - as far as I can make out, Agent A can either deal directly with requests and orders, or can delegate them to storage and distribution Agent B. We have altogether too many agents operating here.

Notes to answerer
Asker: yeah, i also thought that the second "agente" eas precisely that (i.e. another agent, which i have decided to insert without a capital A, as i don't see it as the Agent of the contract. am i right, sah?
