Italian term or phrase: fondi rustici
Essa potrà svolgere l’attività di autotrasporto merci anche per conto terzi, il noleggio di automezzi ed ogni operazione mobiliare and finanziaria in proprio or per conto terzi, come pure la compravendita, la permuta, la costruzione, la locazione, anche finanziaria and l’amministrazione di beni immobili, fabbricati urbani and fondi rustici.

I can only find this explained as real estate on Google, which would be a duplication. Perhaps undeveloped land?

suburban

Explanation:

I had to struggle with this one myself. In my translation I was able to use "as is", meaning the state the assets are in at the time the contract is signed.

In this case the distiction is driven by the fact that these are outside the city limits, and as such they are written in the land registry, not the buildings registry.

Reference: Both land and buildings

Reference information:
Seems to be both the land and buildings/equipment:

Fondo rustico: insieme di terreni e capitali in essa permanentemente investiti per scopo d'agricoltura sotto forma di impianti, colture, attrezzi, scorte
