Sottoscrive il presente atto pure tha società ... in persona del suo legale rappresentante...

In inglese bisogna formulare la frase in altro modo (per es. "This document is undersigned also by the legal representative of the company... )? Oppure c'è un'espressione legale inglese corrispondente all'italiano "in persona del"?

not 100% sure is this is an "accepted" version but I would reformulate as:

"also signed by (nome persona) on behalf of (società) in their capacity as legal representative... etc"
