15 TRATTAMENTO PREVIDENZIALE ED ASSISTENZIALE
15.1 Assicurazioni Sociali
La Società provvederà ad assicurarLa in base alla legislazione italiana.
L'onere contributivo verrà calcolato sulla base della retribuzione convenzionale mensile di Euro _______ (______________________) e ripartito fra le parti secondo le percentuali previste dalla legge italiana.
La base contributiva sopra indicata sarà aggiornata alla stregua delle variazioni che dovessero intervenire in Italia per effetto di norme di legge.
La Società provvederà inoltre ad assicurarLa presso l'INAIL, contro gli infortuni sul lavoro e le malattie professionali, in base alla legislazione vigente in materia.
15.2 Assicurazione Straordinaria
Durante il periodo di permanenza all'estero, la Società La assicurerà contro gli infortuni professionali ed extra professionali, mediante una polizza, le cui clausole sono state portate a Sua conoscenza.
Tale polizza prevede le seguenti prestazioni: |
