Explanation:
whilst it is in essence and in concept a type of insurance, to call is such suggests at least to me - a private, individual policy, or that the 'insured' is being added to a block policy held by the employer. If I'm not mistaken, here we are talking about contributions - INPS contributions I mean. So my suggested is the term I would suggest - putting it without capital letters to avoid confusion with the official contributions of the same name as the first of my suggestions, paid in the UK.
