Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
Italian term or phrase: imposte di legge
Appears in a contract in the section on remuneration:

"le parti convengono di concordare un compenso forfetario di XXXXX oltre Iva e ***imposte di legge*** e Cassa Previdenziale per l’anno ......"

I thought about "legal duties", but that seems to be more associated with acts that are required to be done by law.

Thanks,
Dominic

tax
Explanation:
it's simply other tax that we have to pay on our wages to comply with the law. so for ex. freelancers have to issue invoices with their fee + iva (imposta sul valore aggiunto - vat) + or - other tax (eg. - ritenuta d'acconto 20%, + irpef or something like that - it varies according to your position, so I'm not sure) and than there's something we pay towards our pension (cassa previdenziale) of which we can claim a percentage in our invoices

so I would simply call it 'tax' or 'other tax'

Thanks Mara.
In the end I think "VAT and other taxes" would work the best in this context.
