OK, so literally I can translate it but what is being said here...?

Context:
"nonche ad indicare, ove apparissero insufficienti i beni pignorati, ulteriori beni utilmente pignorabili, i luoghi dove essi si trovano ovvero LE GENERALITA DI EVENTUALI TERZI DEBITORI entro e non oltre 15 giorni da oggi..."

Explanation:
Obviously the creditor x wants to seize the assets of this person or company y that owes x money. If x can't find enough of y's assets to seize to pay the pound of flesh that y owes x, then maybe it can find debtors z who owe money to y which x will then try and seize. That is the best I can do I'm afraid.

Explanation:
