Italian term or phrase: prevendolo che se ne disponesse
From another Writ of Execution...

Explanation:
Sorting through the jargon:

PREVENEDO CHE LUI SE NE DISPONESSE (boy, does that sound awful)

Correction: PREVENENDO LUI CHE SE NE DISPONESSE means WARNING HIM SHOULD HE USE THEM. Using the verb PREVENIRE

agree  Claudia Cherici: well, it's 'prevenendolo che se ne disponesse' so neither 'PREVENEDO CHE LUI SE NE DISPONESSE ' nor 'PREVENENDO LUI CHE SE NE DISPONESSE' which are both wrong...!
5 hrs
-> Thanks. So what is it?

agree  Simon Charass: Great explanation. For the translation I would say: “BEEING WARN AS NOT TO DISPOSE OF”.
6 hrs
-> Thanks for your input. It is a warning "that if he should dispose of ... then ..." instead of a "warning not to dispose of ... or ...". The end result in case of disobedience is the same, but at times legalese is nit-picky.
