This is in one of a number of letters between lawyers about an alleged breached of contract. Plenty of google hits for vano spirare, usually also to do with a 'termine', but I can't quite get the sense of it. Thanks for any help. |

To reinforce this point, you could add "without the required performance" pr something similar, but I would say that it is not necessary. |
