Italian term or phrase: trovarsi nella necessità di supervisionare
Premesso che

-la società PP acquista semilavorati e prodotti finiti dalla società WW con sede in Ucraina, Ul. Xxx such and such, 378, e che si trova nella necessità di supervisionare i processi produttivi di questa affinché i beni acquistati rispondano alle caratteristiche tecnico qualitative richieste.

This is part of an agreement two companies are entering into. PP, one of the two companies will purchase these semi-finished products from WW, a third company and will supervise/be in charge of supervising...

It's that "che si trova nella necessità di" I am trying to figure out. Is there something very close to the literal translation?

Thank you

and finds it necessary to oversee

Explanation:
"The company PP acquires semi-finished and finished products from the company companies WW, Ul Xxx Such and Such, 378, based in Ukraine, and finds it necessary to oversee the production process of WW in order that the purchased goods meet the required technical and quality characteristics"

The Italian is so badly written that I had to translate the whole thing in order to understand the phrase.

oops "company companies" should read "company". Unfortunately in Kudoz there is no way to correct one's answers apart from completely deleting them - but this is frowned on !

..or "companies". It isn't clear whether multiple supplier companies are being referred to, or not.

if it's more than one supplied company then my "oversee the production process of WW" should read "oversee the production process of these companies".

What a mess!
