50 mins confidence: peer agreement (net): +1 xxx spa signs
Explanation: This authorization is valid for all the IBM company signs of the Group.
I used IBM as a example for xxx spa.
Just use the company as an adjective for the signs. Here "facented capo" just means belonging to, which you can also do with an aportrophe s.

I’ve been wondering about the word 'insegne' in this particular context and I'm pretty sure it means 'brands' rather than 'signs' (see links below):

http://www.google.co.uk/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=1G1ACAWCE...'s+brands%22&pf=p&rlz=1G1ACAWCENUK439&sclient=psy-ab&pbx=1&oq=%22all+the+Group's+brands%22&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=94aab877b962a59&biw=1093&bih=438&bs=1
I would therefore say something like:
'This authorization applies to all brands of the Group controlled by xxxxSpA or otherwise connected to the said company'.

For some reason I don't seem to be able to add the right link, hope it works this time:
