I just checked De Franchis - no such beast!
However, I think the concept is: "contract for single purpose and not for mixed transactions".
Though "single-purpose contract" sounds better, I'm not sure how you'd angle the mixed transaction bit.
De Franchis DOES "negozio" as meaning transaction (in addition to the usual meaning of shop, of course!).
