Italian term or phrase: lavori a corpo e lavori a misura
Gli importi di cui alle voci "lavori a corpo" e "lavori a misura" saranno contabilizzati sulla base delle prestazioni effettivamente richieste

I know that lavori a corpo is work paid for on a lumpsum basis and lavori a misura work paid for according to actual cost.

fixed price and time and materials
Explanation:
this could be an option, but I am not sure if there is more specific terminology.

"fixed price" is used without accounting specific costs, but typically specifically detailing the specs for a job so that the estimate will generate a profit/surplus. Any time or material overrun are at the cost of the service provider/contractor not the client depending on the contract.

"time and materials" accounts for cost of time, materials and other expenses incurred during the project. The client is billed according to the time and materials tracked.

clarification: \"fixed price\" does account for costs by estimating them...otherwise one would risk to provide service at a loss...
