Part of a tax audit report. Not sure of the correct term here. Can anybody help?

You could play around with it, putting "administrative proceedings and legal disputes", but I really don't think it is necessary (or even desirable).

put something like "may not be taken into consideration as evidence in favour of the party during administrative and legal proceedings"; or "may not be taken into consideration in favour of the party during the investigation phase of administrative and legal proceedings" or leave it out entirely, since the accertamento would be in any case part of such proceedings
