Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / Taxation
Italian term or phrase: Regg.
At the end of a letter from the Agenzia delle Entrate -
'Per il Direttore Regionale il Regg.

Any help appreciated! Thanks.

English translation:Deputy
Explanation:
sorry to muddy the waters a bit, but it strikes me that there are 3 basic possibilities as to what this means:
1) Acting (i.e. someone temporarily but formally appointed to carry out the role of the Direttore)
2) Deputy (i.e. someone permanently appointed to deputise for the Direttore)
3) or simply "pp"
Without knowing more about the organization I would probably plump for Deputy, although there would be an element of uncertainty involved.
