Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / Taxation of cooperatives
Italian term or phrase: utili agevolati
Context: In a list of constraints faced by cooperatives in relation to preferential tax treatment: "obbligatoria indivisibilità di tutti gli utili agevolati, fattispecie assimilabile alla rinuncia al credito da parte dei soci di una società lucrativa".
Profits subject to tax relief - there must be another way of saying it but I cannot seem to think of one at the moment.
Any help much appreciated.
TIA.

profits eligible for tax relief
Explanation:
Your suggestion is already fine, though I might put eligible instead of subject to. I don't think there's any much clearer way of putting it.
