Italian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs / dogane, leggi EU | | Italian term or phrase: procedura domiciliata | A document of the Agenzia delle Dogane regarding amendments to their procedures, in order to comply with EU standards.
I know this has something to do with the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) but I just can't find this "procedura domiciliata" bit.
"...Come noto, la possibilità di presentare in via telematica le dichiarazioni di importazione in procedura domiciliata era stata resa possibile, in via facoltativa, a partire dal 15 dicembre 2009..."

| Grading comment thank you both, Lanna and Thomas.
I read a bit more about this procedure, and apparently it is a type of procedure which is not extensively specified in EU procedures, as it is left to the local governments to decide about them.
The two links you provided Lanna were of great use, as well as http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channelsPortalWebApp/channelsPortalWebApp.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=pageImport_ShowContent&propertyType=document&id=HMCE_PROD1_027618#P23_1297 in which it is also mentioned and explained. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |
