"in merito ora al secondo aspetto oggetto di ripresa fiscale da parte dell'autoritä di tassazione NL, ossia i mancati interessi relativi al mutuo erogato dalla holding alla partecipata xxxx Ltd."

the document talks about tax owed to the Dutch authorities for various reasons. "Ripresa fiscale" is already in the kudoz glossary as tax refunds but I'm not convinced it fits this context. Any input would be most welcome. Thank you!

According to Price Waterhouse Coopers this is a tax allowance

My own understanding here is they are trying to recover unpaid tax, so I'd go with tax adjustment myself.
