Italian term or phrase: perche nei termini
On a notarised certificate when the notary certifies that
"con atto da me ricevuto in data odierna, rep....., in corso di registrazione e di trascrizione, perche nei termini, ..."

(this relates to the sale of a property)

Can't figure out how to translate this.
