perito tecnico d'ufficio Explanation: Il perito scientifico non può agire in perizia seguendo le logiche e le tattiche avvocatesche. I due campi forensi sono affini ma diversi. Secondo Luigi Lombardi Vallauri (docente di Filosofia del diritto Università Firenze) l'avvocato può essere definito un "giurista a metà" perché a lui non interessa affermare la verità oggettiva, ma solo quella che gli fa vincere la causa. Per l'avvocato il cliente ha sempre ragione e l'avversario ha sempre torto, altrimenti perde la causa. Se il perito scientifico segue queste logiche finirebbe col difendere anche l'indifendibile, ossia il colpevole (che invece merita la sacrosanta difesa dell'avvocato). Il perito deve agire da studioso, animato soltanto dalla scienza e dalla propria coscienza, non altro. E ciò vale sia se è di parte (CTP) sia se è d'ufficio (CTU/PTU). http://www.criminologia.it/n_didattica/n_didat_glossario.htm I am not absolutely sure about 'tecnico',but I don't see any other reasonable interpretation.
