I am translating a report drawn up by the police (mountain safety and rescue) and have come across this term at the end of the document:

Perche' consti e' stato redatto il presente verbale che, previa lettura e conferma viene dai verbilizzanti sottoscritto.

It also appears elsewhere in the text as:
...rendiamo noto a chi di dovere perche consti, che in data e luogo di cui sopra essendovi pericolo che i luoghi, le cose e le tracce potessero disperdersi...

I am struggling with 'perche consti', can anyone enlighten me!
