Explanation:
irr.= irrevocabile/resa irrevocabile ma per R.Es. credo proprio si intenda relazioni esterne o ufficio relazioni esterne "EXTERNAL RELATIONS" oltretutto che all'inizio della frase c'è già la parola ESECUZ.
questo è quello che ho trovato io tramite alcune ricerche.
