Courses and Tuition Explanation: I would express these terms as the following: The issuing officer's name (addetto al rilascio) Courses and Tuition Students and Admissions Secretary As I understand, these are names of departments and responsibilities. The Sezione Offerta formativa is the section dealing with courses on offer, but we would just call the department 'Courses and Tuition,' I think.
