Italian term or phrase: A.D.R
Looking for an English equivalent (if one exists?) to the acronym ADR - "a domanda risponde", at the beginning of each client response on a police report.

There are 2 other kudoz responses to this, and only one of them mentions a possible English equivalent - "answer to questioning". My question is, does anybody know if there is an *established* English equivalent? I can't seem to find one in my searching. I thought of omitting it, but the questions are not on the document, so the beginning of each new answer is not obvious.
Sorry to bring up an old question, but I think they were answered more for context clarification... any help will be much appreciated as always!

D.R.Q. (Direct Response to Question)
Explanation:
I just localized a text with the very same acronym and I translated it as Direct Response to Question (D.R.Q.). Please note that it is my translation cause I was not able to find an official other than 'when asked he/she answered'.
