Hi everyone,

In the top corner of a birth certificate, there are two lines which identify the document. The first is "Reg.to al No._[number]___" and the second is "Diritti [illegible single typed character]_[illegible scrawl]____" The number written in the first blank is legible, the handwritten part of the second is an illegible scrawl; I can't tell whether it's a letter, a number, someone's initials, or something else entirely.

Any suggestions?
