You can't call a code of conduct a "deed". Deeds are contracts. The wording is obviously taken from the legislative decree.

Niente polemica, Silvia, solo lavoro con cari colleghe/i. Gli "atti" spuntano dovunque in Italiano e il dizionario indica sempre "deed", parola alquanto rara in inglese. My reflex reaction/thought is you can't translate with "deed".
Avrei evitato la traduzione come nella tua seconda opzione, ma la frase è fra virgolette, quindi non si può, bisogna cercare di ricalcare l'originale in qualche modo.
Devi dare l'OK a chi è più bravo ;-).

O sei sicuro di poter chiamare il codice un atto e puoi semplicemente dire 1) Being the Code a deed to be issued by the Managing Body

Oppure si potrebbe evitare di tradurre la parola atto e costruire la frase così:

2) Having been the Code deliberated (up)on by the Managing Body

agree  Silvia Casale: Noto un velo di polemica.. io ho specificato che NON PENSAVO si potesse chiamare "deed" e ho pensato alla seconda opzione.. avevo pensato anche alla tua stessa proposta ma mi sembrava dilungante../ Ovvio che oltre l'esperienza sei bravo, as well! ;)
