Italian to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / request for a Court Order
Italian term or phrase: art. 125 disp. att. c.p.c.

Anche ai sensi dell’art. 125 disp. att. c.p.c. si invitano le parti a cui sarà notificato il presente ricorso e l’emanando decreto di fissazione dell’udienza a costituirsi nuovamente nel procedimento riassunto per evitare la dichiarazione di contumacia.

I know the abbreviation stands for DISPOSIZIONI DI ATTUAZIONE.
How do we get round this in English, do we attempt to translate it? And abbreviate it?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
