There is absolutely nothing like this in English, so I would suggest the qualifier "special", and providing a brief explanation in brackets or a footnote.
I suppose that anything similar in English would be conceptualised as a nullity in the same way as any other ground for nullity, but subject to a procedural bar after first instance. |
