Italian term or phrase: suscettibili di percezione con sensi o strumenti materiali
From the legal definition of the term "beni materiali"

"Sono beni materiali le cose esistenti nel mondo fisico e e suscettibili di percezione con sensi o strumenti materiali ( esempio : un animale, un televisore o un autoveicolo)."

I can't figure out how to phrase this well. So far I have "Tangible property is anything that exists in the physical world that CAN BE PERCEIVED WITH OUR SENSES OR PHYSICAL INSTRUMENTS (e.g.: animals, television set or vehicle)."

Improvements on the part in capitals would be much appreciated
