One of the sections is titled: "FASE D’IMPULSO." It begins as follows: "Fatte queste premesse, il creditore procedente (personalmente o tramite il proprio legale) munito, quindi, del titolo esecutivo e del precetto consegna gli atti all’’ufficio NEP (Notificazione, Esecuzione e Protesti) competente per territorio."
I have googled it and it seems to be the stage that comes before "fase d'execuzione" but I'm not sure how to translate it |
