Italian term or phrase: beni indivisi
"Il patrimonio del debitore non sempre è costituito da beni di sua esclusiva proprietà, ma può essere costituito da beni in comproprietà con altri soggetti non esecutati, come ad esempio beni ricevuti in eredità con altri coeredi (comunioni ereditarie) o in regime di comunione legale tra i coniugi.

In questi casi, quando i beni sono in comunione tra più soggetti, vengono qualificati come “beni indivisi”."
