Hi all -

In am translating a legal memo from an attorney representing a corporate client who is in arrears due to a series of technology mishaps (web site ordering malfunctions, for just one example).

Here's the context (it's the ery beginning of the memo)
Oggetto: Compagnia XXX, srl
Gent.le YYY,
con riferimento alla Sua del 15 aprile 2017, avente ad oggetto "Notice of demand for payment," le rappresento quanto segue...

The attorney does not specify what "Sua" refers to.

My guess is that the word that is omitted is a noun, feminine, and probably something common.

Any ideas about what the missing word could be?
