regulatory offences connected to criminal acts Explanation: 'illecito amministrativo' is a regulatory offence, I'm not 100% sure about the second bit though -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 17 hrs 54 mins (2004-04-02 05:58:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- this is new legislation to do with corporate crime, I think it is a way of giving a heavier penalty for bureaucratic irregularities which in themselves are not considered to be criminal offences, but which effectively help to commit or lead to crime actions (bribery of public officials, fraud, money laundering etc) |
