modular machine tool Explanation: It is indeed a machine tool but it is in modules that can be ordered to vary the features and functions of the machine. Also you wouldn't be "working" chip removal. Chip removal is a feature of machine tools and a very important one too, as part of the work cycle. I work in company that makes machine tools and I write their manuals. Angela |
