Explanation:
I know that "included in the liabilities" is the correct translation of the term, "admessa al passivo", but have omitted a translation of "Procedura in prededuzione" as the particular formulaic expression escapes me.

However, I believe it refers to preferential payment to a creditor from the assets of a bankrupt company, by the receiver winding it up. That is the procedure to which the "admessa al passivo" refers.
