recognition stage Explanation: I would really need a lot more context. The key word is "delibazione" which described the procedure whereby a court examines /confirms / recognises an act / judgement or some sort. "sede delibativi" would mean that the trial is now at the stage where the act / judgement etc. is examined for conformity (recognised!) with some law or criteria. As I said before more context is required! |
