In un bilancio ho trovato questa frase. Si sta parlando delle conseguenze del rinnovo del contratto di lavoro e poi si dice:
"Il contratto supera il preesistente IMPIANTO PUBBLICISTICO cogliendo le opportunità derivanti dalle novità introdotte dalla legislazione del lavoro"
Per "impianto pubblicistico" si intende il contratto vecchio, ma che espressione è??? In che senso si usa pubblicistico in questo caso? Come lo tradurreste voi?

Can you also tell me how you would translate that verb "supera"? I remember that there is an exact match in English, it means that it replaces, takes up legal value instead of the previous (which is therefore understood to be no longer valid), but not found in common dictionaries. Do you remember? THANK YOU!!!

secondo me impianto pubblicistico non significa il preesistente contratto, ma la precedente legislazione sul lavoro (rigida), che è stata superata dalla nuova (più elastica), che quindi offre maggiori possibilità ecc.
