Italian term or phrase: nulla potra\' eccepire
in a surety bond it says that "il Garante deve pagare XXX senza necessita' di ottenere il preventivo consenso del fornitore che nulla potra' eccepire in merito al pagamento". I understand (hopefully correctly) that the supplier can invoke or raise no protest as regards the payment - but is there a legal equivalent of this?
Thanks to anyone who is more expert on this than me!!

Thanks, you put it a better way than I had managed to and this fits the language used by a co-translator on another part of the same project.
All help much appreciated yet again - thanks to everyone.
