James (Jim) Davis: 4:50pm Feb 7, 2008: Behavioural is not breaking rules (but is best applied to children and prison inmates) or it is performance or style of working. Course since you client is one of two Italians using the term, you need to ask or judge from context.

| behaviour profile
Explanation:
There are quite a few web refs for DISC behavioural profiling, used as a way of assessing an employee's behaviour in the workplace. Could this be what they mean? I find it hard to believe that you would issue a certificate for behaviour. See the link given for an explanation of what DISC is.
