I thank you wholeheartedly for you willingness to help - technical translators usually make no effect to nt us ethe same word twoce in one sentence and utilsing two each possible meaning for the word - I agree with despatch - its the point of send off for electrical power... discharge ,.. etc ... rough technical description only someone in the loop could know it seems. THANK YOU all ... what a trauma :)
