It's the pesante bit I'm not sure how to translate. The company manufactures strollers, carrycots and car seats. Any ideas?

large/bulky childcare items
Explanation:
My suggestions - it's not a literal translation, of course, but I woudn't have thought e.g. a car seat would be necessarily heavy, it's just bulky.
