"artigiano" in English = craftsman/person, but we don't really have an adjective to directly translate "artigianale". Without completely turning the sentence around, I'd suggest "A manufactures its products to the highest standards".

Following your further comments, how about \"A\'s products are still individually made by craftsmen\"?
Anyway, I do agree with apta that you shouldn\'t use \"in an artisan way\" - it\'s Italianish, not English.
