Explanation:
As I understand it there is a difference between crystal or lead glass in English, also know more commonly as "cut glass" and the broader term "cristallo" (often used as a mere synonym for glass) in Italian. Basically "crystal glass" in English his high quality cut glass with a high quantity of lead , which by definition is cut and not blown. Dunno, only medium.
