Italian term or phrase: rivelati da fonderia

This sentence is part of an article for a trade publication about new grinding wheels for glass processing machinery that were on display at a trade show.

La seconda novità è rappresentata dai corpi mola pressi fusi, corpi in alluminio **rivelati da fonderia**, che abbiamo utilizzato durante la collaborazione con azienda XXX e che risultano rivoluzionari nell'abbattimento del rumore e nella stabilità del bilanciamento della mola”.

My translation follows:

The second piece of news has to do with the pressure-cast wheel bodies, aluminum bodies *revealed?* by the foundry, we used while working with Company XXX, that produced groundbreaking results in terms of noise reduction and stability in wheel balancing”.

However, "revealed" does not seem to make sense. I found foundry 'proofs' but only in the context of book editing
