Italian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Mechanics / Mech Engineering
Italian term or phrase:scardanatrice
In a list: Scardanatrice Sillem a nastro abrasivo hp11
I would like to close this question, giving 3 points to Jean Martine, the disagreer-er. It is, in fact, a metal cleaning machine (couldn't get anything more exact, not even from the horse's (Sillem's) mouth. (Perhaps I shouldn't mention firm's names, but they have nothing whatsoever to do with the translation, which was, I discovered, a list of very miscellaneous second hand objects for sale)
If possible, I would put it in a glossary somewhere: Scardanatrice - metal cleaning machine; as well as Cordanatrice - Grinding machine, since they were both extremely difficult to find out.
I can't quite understand, from the format here, how close and give points. Perhaps Angela (to whom I give my warmest greetings) could just slip them in somewhere and throw the points in Jean Martin's direction? Thanks to Jean, and also cecilelamb for trying to help anyway (such shots in the dark are often invaluable), and to Proz staff and organisation for saving me professionally on many occasions.
